The local exchange-correlation kernel is determined via [1]

fxcloc(𝐫,𝐫)=δ2{EcDFT+(1cx)ExDFT}δρ(𝐫)δρ(𝐫),

where cx is the fraction of the exchange interaction set by AEXX.
