We have released a new version of VASP. Unfortunately this is a patch release that addresses a serious bug that was introduced in VASP.6.6.0:
The forces in (collinear) spin-polarized meta-GGA calculations are incorrect in VASP.6.6.0.
This bug and several other (less severe) known issues are fixed in VASP.6.6.1.
PLEASE: UPGRADE TO VASP.6.6.1 AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
If you have an active VASP license, you can download VASP.6.6.1 from the portal. If your license does not cover VASP.6.6.1 you can apply a patch that was added to the VASP.6.6.0 release to fix this issue.
Download the pot.F.patch file (now part of the VASP.6.6.0 release) and apply it in the root of your VASP.6.6.0 distro by:
patch -p1 < pot.F.patch
