Description: VDW_ALPHA defines the polarizability [math]\displaystyle{ \alpha_{0} }[/math] (bohr[math]\displaystyle{ ^{3} }[/math]) for each species defined in the POSCAR file within the Tkatchenko-Scheffler method.
