Hello,

I try to compile VASP 6.5.1 with the following environment on a RHEL 9.6 machine:
- intel-oneapi-compilers/2023.1.0 intel-mpi/2021.9 intel-oneapi-mkl/2023.1
- hdf5/1.14.5-mpi libxc/6.2.2 wannier90/3.1.0
- python plugins

I use the arch/makefile.include.oneapi_omp file with the modifications needed to include HDF5 libXC, Wannier90 and the use of python plugins.

There is an internal compiler error when compiling the chi_super.f90 file.

chi_super.f90: error #5633: **Internal compiler error: segmentation violation signal raised** Please report this error along with the circumstances in which it occurred in a Software Problem Report. Note: File and line given may not be explicit cause of this error.

Do you have already encountered this problem?

Sorry for the late reply.
I have not seen this issue before. We have tested VASP 6.5.1 with the intel-oneapi-compilers/2024.0.2 toolchain. Where you able to build the code with a newer version of the intel compiler? Could you please provide the makefile.include that use used?
Also, do you only see this issue when you compile vasp_gam or it occurs for vasp_std and vasp_ncl as well?
