PAW-PBE potential

Hi,

I have two questions:

(1) Are the supplied PAW-PBE potentials for Ho_3, spin-polarized in the core ? If not, is it possible to obtain one ?
(2) Is it possible to obtain potential for Ho with f-electrons in the valence ?
