how to download the software?

Hi There,

I just purchased a VASP license recently and trying to download the software. But couldn't find where I could download the software on the portal. Could anyone advise where I can download it?

Dear Yunxia,

We checked, and you should be able to see and download the VASP code through your portal.
If the issue persists, please contact support@vasp.at and include a screenshot of what you see in your portal.
