downloading nvhpc software

#1 Post by jcconesa » Mon Oct 11, 2021 6:38 pm

I have downloaded nvhpc_2021_219_Linux_x86_64_cuda_11.4.tar.gz (needed for 6.2.0) and unpacked it. When issuing the install command it says that it requires two arguments; the last one is a directory, but I do not know which SOURCE I have to give as first argument. Please help.

Hello!

As far as I can see there is no argument required for the install script, see also here:

I had thought that I should just type "install". But (surprisingly) what one must type is "./install". Then everything is seeming to run fine...
Many thanks
